Charism Discernment I

This process or charism discernment is designed to help Christians see and understand how the Holy Spirit has gifted them to exercise leadership. After laying the foundation for the beginning of discernment through a workshop, participants take a digitally interactive questionnaire followed by an in person interview to help guide their discernment. In comparable parish-based charism discernment resources, too often the parish neglects the important follow-ups to the workshop. To ensure that participants continue to properly discern, appreciate, and take confidence in utilizing their God-given gifts, the follow-ups are built into the Lay Mission Project’s formation with a second workshop, and within their disciple communities.
