Registration Mandatory
Please fill out the form below in order to register for the retreat. Registration confirms your enrollment into the formation program. Again, we get it, if unavoidable circumstances arise and you cannot make it to the retreat in your diocese please register for a one of the other retreats listed below.
Note Well: You will be meeting with your Disciple Circle for the first time on the Saturday of the retreat, and discussing best days / times for your regular meetings.
