Registration Mandatory

Please fill out the form below in order to register for the retreat. Registration confirms your enrollment into the formation program. Again, we get it, if unavoidable circumstances arise and you cannot make it to the retreat in your diocese please register for a one of the other retreats listed below.

• 5pm – Dismissal

Sunday

• 8:30am – Doors open (continental breakfast)
• 9am – Sessions begin
• Noon – Mass
• 1pm – Day 1 Dismissal
